STEP-BY-STEP FOR REQUESTING BANK PRODUCTS:
Make sure you check box 6a on Form 8453-OL page.

At the end of your tax return, you will be taken to the screen shown below.
This is you invoicing page. You can check the box automatically generate the bill and complete the information on the next pages. Or you can just enter the entire invoice manually.

Click on NEXT until you get to the page shown below.

At the bottom of the page you will see an option to select a bank product. You can make the selection for Refund-Advantage, as shown.

Click on NEXT to get to the page shown below. Enter all the information as requested.

Make sure you check all the boxes for selections on both items 17 and 18.
For example, if you need a RAL for Tier 3 ($1,001 - $2,000), and the taxpayer wants a check printed out in their name, your selections should look like the screen below.


If you want an Electronic Refund Deposit (ERD) make directly to the taxpayer's account, the options should look like this.


After you made your selection, you should print a copy of the documents for your records. Just click on the PRINT button at the top of the screen.
Please click on NEXT and e-file.
