Adobe Acrobat Printing Configuration If you are using SUN Java™ and Adobe Acrobat 6.0 the default for Adobe Acrobat is to NOT PRINT THE DATA on the forms. Any other combination of products the default is TO PRINT THE DATA on the forms. You must check the box to print the annotations or comments, so the data you input will appear on the printed version. To ser the proper configuration in Adobe Acrobat, please click on FILE on the upper left corner, and then click on PRINT. The PRINT screen may vary according to the version number of Acrobat that you have in your computer. Acrobat 7, Acrobat 8 or Acrobat 9 On versions 7, 8 and 9 you must select DOCUMENT AND MARKUPS in the box for COMMENTS AND FORMS. Also check the box to PRINT COLOR AS BLACK, otherwise the default will be blue. Then click OK.
Version 6 To change the default please select DOCUMENT AND COMMENTS in the PRINT WHAT field of the printer dialog box as shown below: Also check the box to PRINT COLOR AS BLACK, otherwise the default will be blue. Then click OK.
